We also make contracts in this groups on Thursday to set up goals for the weekend. The process is that each client with the assistance of the group leader and the group at large help to develop specific, measurable goals around behavioral challenges to the eating disorder, social challenges or inter-personal interactions, as well as a self care goals to teach each participant how to develop self-nurturing habits.
